Soft drawn flexible stranded tinned copper conductors.
Separator tape between the conductor and insulation.
Colour coded 90° C ozone, oil and water EPR insulation, 2000v.
Non-conducting bedding tape + composite tinned copper/ polyamide braid.
The polyamide in the shielding braid is colored black, black, red Covering minimum 60%.
Three power conductors are assembled with two green insulated grounding conductors, one yellow insulated ground check and suitable fillers.
A binder tape is applied over the assembly for mechanical strength.
A Black hard usage thermoset CPE jacket is applied.
Applications
- Suitable for portable power supply.
- Recommended for use with portable electrical equipment, AC mining machines, loaders, drills, cutting machines, pumps, and other portable and mobile equipment where self containing grounding conductor as well as continuous ground monitoring conductor is required for added safety locations.
- Suitable for continued immersion in shallow water.
