Flexible stranded tinned copper as per IEEE 1580, up to 2kv XLPO (Cross-linked Polyolefin) as per IEEE 1580 & XLPO as per UL 1309 insulation, flame retardant & non-hygroscopic fillers may be applied to obtain a circular cable, thermosetting Neoprene as per IEEE 1580 & UL 1309 black outer jacket.
