Solar RPV/RPVU
A single stranded conductor, usually copper, or ACM, class B or class C stranding. XLPE insulation is applied by voltage requirements, 600V, 1000V and 2000V. The wires are colour coded black and red and are Sun Resistant (SR).
Applications
RPV cables are primarily used for interconnection of electrica panels and other apparatus in a photovoltaic electrical energy system. RPVU are rated for direct burial applications with the same applications.
